RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the items purchased must be returned unused and unworn and with the original Pompon London hangtags intact due to hygiene reasons. Items returned without hangtags or products that are not in the same condition as they were when received cannot be returned.

Pompon London does not offer free returns. You can choose any courier you prefer. We recommend that you select a shipping method with track and trace, in case the package gets lost in transit. Please save the track and trace code until we have received the package and refunded you.

When returning, the package must be shipped directly to the address designated by us, which will be a pick-up point in London. Packages that are not shipped directly to the designated address will be returned to the sender. Pompon London does not take any responsibility for packages that do not arrive at the pick up point and will not cover any additional fees.

If you wish to return an item, please remember to fill out our return form and forward it with the return package. As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to you. The duration of the refund depends on the choice of payment.

If you wish to exchange an item, you are welcome to do so but Pompon London does not offer free exchanges.
