Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order once placed, you can return the order for a refund once it arrives.

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to make address changes as we may not see your email before dispatch.

Can I request an address change on my order?  

Your order is packed and shipped within 2-3  working days of your purchase and 95% of the time will arrive the following working day, if not it will arrive in the second working day. Average delivery time is 1-2 business days once shipped. 

We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of UK holidays. Any other period when we will not ship will be posted on the website and Instagram @Pomponlondon.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

UK shipping costs £2.99 or free over £50 with Evri. Shipping to selected EU countries (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Belgium & Spain) costs £9.99 or free over £70 with Evri.

Orders placed on Friday before 2pm GMT will get their orders on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped Monday with next day delivery.

Free shipping will automatically be added when you spend £50 or more for U.K. and £70 or more for EU orders.

How will my parcel be packaged?

We care about the environment, and that's why we use eco-conscious packaging.

Orders over £50 are packaged in our custom-made, branded and reusable handbag or it can be added to your order for an additional £5. They are an excellent choice when going on walks with your furry friends as they are waterproof and durable.

Orders under £60 are packaged in our branded reusable pouch.

I didn't receive my order confirmation, where can I find it?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email. Please send us an email with your Name, Email & Order # and via our Contact Page or email us at info@pomponlondon.com.

Our orders are sent with Evri signed for and isn’t fully trackable, if your order doesn’t arrive within the five working day period please drop us an email as all signed for orders are given a parcel number which can be put into the Evri mail website.

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?

We are so sorry if your order has been lost, please use the contact form via the website so we can assist you, or please send us an email at info@pomponlondon.com if you want a refund / exchange, with your Name, Email & Order number. Unfortunately, we could not be responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.
